Patsy Ann Tubbs, 78, of Paducah passed away at 12:23 AM on Monday, August 29, 2022 at Mercy Health Lourdes in Paducah.
 
Mrs. Tubbs was a Secretary at Petters Business Supply and a member of East Baptist Church in Paducah.
 
She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Russell Tubbs of Paducah; one brother, Robert Hutchens of Paducah; one sister, Carol Champy of Paducah.
 
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Hafford Hutchens and Wilma Maurene (Reeder) Hutchens.
 
Graveside services will begin at 1:30 PM on Thursday, September 1, 2022 at Rosebower Cemetery in Paducah.
 
Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Thursday at Hughes Funeral Home in Paducah.
