I love to read decorating magazines....even though I don’t decorate. I am on call for the g-kids when needed (which is most every day-- lol). But I wouldn't have it any other way.
My world changed September 2, 2014 when my husband of almost 50 years lost his battle with cancer. I am certainly on a different journey these days but still............
LIFE IS GOOD AND I AM BLESSED!!!

I just cannot remember my years at PTHS. I know that sounds strange but it's the truth. I'd give anything to have the memories that Lucretia Byrd, Joy Williams and Dana Rose all have. But one thing I do remember is that I loved Band. I loved marching on the field during halftime at football games and how the band supported the team as one. I knew nothing about football then but I would stand up and yell when everybody else did so. LOL I was so proud of my uniform and being a part of the Tilghman Band of Blue!!

Bobby (who is Mary Martin's brother) & I would have celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary on Oct. 31, 2014. We didn't quite make it to 50 years as he passed away on September 2.

Our grandchildren are our life right now. Bobby always said, "everytime a door opens, a grand-kid comes in and says, "PaPa, I'm here to spend the night!!". Bobby ALWAYS responds, "Oh NO!!" and they just laugh. SWEET...SWEET
Something interesting: Our oldest granddaughter graduated high school in 2013 as I celebrate my 50th year since I graduated!!
